Well I guess it's about time I did hire some people, for Twelve Oaks. And with good reason, we do need some good solid work staff.
Below are a list with description of job duties of what we need, if you feel you are the best qualified for such job please by all means fill out a form. We ask you allow at least three days for the owners to review your form, to make a good decision on hiring or not hiring you. Before I even get started I want some things clear right now.
I want to make it completely certain that you are aware of some stipulations. We do require that this is the ONLY job you hold, you can not be a groom somewhere else and here at the same time. Believe me, we will be paying you very well in characterly. Our ethic is if you work for us, you live, breathe and sleep about Twelve Oaks and their horses. If you do not feel this is for you, keep looking. We also ask that you can roleplay rather well, we have alot of equines that need care. And even more so ones that do want to rp that care out, so please be an active, online and roleplay ready individual - if your gonna sit on your ass all day at Twelve Oaks; we don't want ya. Along with this, if you harm one of these horses to benefit another one of the equines for another farm. Renée will personally have your head, so don't do it >( . Now that we got that settled, let's get onto the jobs available shall we? (:
Wages
Groom/Handler $35,000 yearly
Exercise Rider $ 45, 000 yearly
Jockey This will be decided between owner and jockey.

- Grooms/Handlers This is a combined job, because let's face it. You can do this and handle the horse as well, which means your not only to clean them on a regular basis. No this means, you feed, water and clean the stalls. Cleaning the stalls isn't that hard here, mainly because we do not use straw, sawdust or anything of that nature. What we use is called DryStall it is a hypo-allergenic that is much used like cat littler, You just shovel out the clumps, leave the rest as it does retain a dry and fresh feeling even after all that. At most, you'll be adding more in if it does start to dwindle down.
- Exercise Riders We need these like big time folks, basically there are a few things you do. One is to make sure all horses have been put through the daily work out, ride the retired folks and of course do anything extra that the boss tells ya.
- Jockey We do need at least two of these. We need good people who can spare a moment to ride one of our horses. Especially with the new coming year, when the twins (Jub & Guts) will begin racing. This is the only job you do not need to devote your solid time with Twelve Oaks, you can be riding for other farms of course. Just has to be available for the races who do require a jockey to be present.
