The mission of Twelve Oaks, is much unlike any other Thoroughbred Farm. We do not concern ourselves with every win, and ego is something foreign to the workers and owners of the farm. We pride ourselves in the care and quality of life to our animals. And unlike many other farms, we are not terribly concerned on breeding. When the time is right, and the conditions provide it to be right -- that is when we breed. All Thoroughbreds become registered with the FJC (Furcadian Jockey Club) once under the ownership of Twelve Oaks.
With the very many perks of being a TO horse the most important thing we want, is for a horse to be sound, healthy and lively. An unhappy horse, is not something we like to have. Each one of our equines from small to big get either once or twice a week sessions of therapy for relaxation and other needs. As you can see, our heart is more for the love of the horse then for the money.
